This agreement describes the terms and conditions pursuant to which you may access and use the services provided on the Democracy For New Hampshire (DFNH) Web site.

IN CONSIDERATION OF DFNH GRANTING YOU ACCESS TO THE DFNH WEB SITE, YOU HEREBY AGREE AS FOLLOWS:

1. The information provided by DFNH is not intended to be legal advice, but to merely convey general information related to legal issues of interest to our community. Although we have sought to ensure that the information is correct, complete, and current, we make no warranty about the accuracy or reliability of the information at this website or at any other website to which this site is linked.
2. DFNH reserves the right at its sole discretion to change, modify, add or remove portions of this agreement at any time without notice or liability, and such modification shall become effective upon posting on the Web site and/or electronic transmission to you. Your use of the services at this Web site following any such modification shall be conclusively deemed to be your acceptance of such modification.
3. DFNH may change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the service provided at this Web site at any time without notice or liability, including the availability of any feature or content.

The DFNH Web site and all content provided by the Web site (hereinafter Content) are protected by all applicable copyright and trademark laws and owned by DFNH or the party credited as the provider of the Content. Content provided by any party other than DFNH may not be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way except with the express authorization of the party providing the Content.
5. The DFNH Web site may from time to time make available "discussion areas" on various subjects which may be of interest to users of the Web site. DFNH may, with or without notice, and at the sole discretion of DFNH, establish, discontinue and/or delete any or all "discussion areas." You agree that if you participate in a "discussion area" (post or read a message or comment in the discussion area) you will abide by the rules and regulations governing discussion areas as hereinafter set forth.

DFNH does not review the content of messages or comments posted to discussion areas within the Democracy For New Hampshire Web site, and you agree that DFNH shall have no liability for any damages arising out of the content of those messages or comments. 8. An individual discussion area may have additional rules and regulations specific to the subject matter being covered in the discussion area. These rules and regulations will be posted in the discussion area. You agree to abide by the rules and regulations of an individual discussion area in which you participate.
6. The DFNH Web site may include links to other Internet sites, resources, sponsors, affiliates and other unrelated parties. DFNH is not responsible for the availability of these Internet sites or their content. DFNH is neither a sponsor, partner, promoter nor publisher of such sites or their content, and expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability for the content of those sites. You should direct any concerns regarding any external link to the site administrator or Webmaster of such other site.
7. The DFNH Web site is provided "as is" and DFNH makes no express or implied representations or warranties to you regarding the usability, condition or operation thereof. 10. DFNH may at any time, in its sole discretion terminate, limit or suspend your access to the DFNH Web site, without notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation your breach of this Agreement or the termination of your membership in DFNH.
