In the second program in the series If I Had a Hammer: A Training for Citizen Activists, Doug Hall of the NH Center for Public Policy Studies will be speaking at the Exeter Library on Tuesday February 22 at 7pm. Mr. Hall will share his research and insight and attempt to unravel some of the complexities of the healthcare system — financing, cost shifting, Medicaid and the insurance industry.
