Agenda:

For each of the three areas:
1. Election practices
2. Ballot reform
3. Campaign reform

Determine the following:
1) Identify specific, measurable goals for the campaign
2) Identify targets – the decisionmakers necessary to accomplish those goals – and assess support level
3) Identify strategies by which we move the targets to accomplish our goals
4) Identify roles to be filled by each campaign, (ideally one per person but not necessarily, of course). Some suggested roles include:

- campaign point-person (responsible for making sure everything gets done!)
- internal communications (website, emails) liason
- media liason
- allied organization liason
- legislative liason
- grassroots organizer
