Fair Elections Committee meetingTue, 01/11/2005 - 7:00pm The Nashua Chandler Public Library Place: The Nashua Chandler Public Library 257 Main St. Nashua, NH 03060 Click for directions Time: 7:30 - 9:30 PM Facilitator: Zo Tobi Agenda: Intro / Ice-breaker go-around (10 minutes) - intro to the Fair Elections Committee - assign notetaker, scribe, timekeeper, buy-in for facilitator - your name - if you could bathe in one substance, what would it be? Campaign Planning (70 minutes) - go-around of electoral reform priorities (10 minutes) - synthesize priorities into specific campaigns (5 minutes) - break out into groups (make sure each group has a timekeeper and facilitator) to brainstorm broad goals, strategies, tactics, targets; assign concrete tasks, sketch out a meeting calendar (45 minutes) - report-back, clarify campaign goals & concrete tasks (10 minutes) (shake out the muscles, sing-along time) – (5 minutes) Committee Structure (25 minutes) - campaign point-people - internal communications liason - media liason - allied organization liason - legislative liason - internal recruitment - external recruitment What’s Next (10 minutes) - recruitment plan - next meetings - assign task of web update & report-back to the Board - see-you-soons! |
