Campaign Planning (70 minutes)

- go-around of electoral reform priorities (10 minutes)

- synthesize priorities into specific campaigns (5 minutes)

- break out into groups (make sure each group has a timekeeper and facilitator) to brainstorm broad goals, strategies, tactics, targets; assign concrete tasks, sketch out a meeting calendar (45 minutes)

- report-back, clarify campaign goals & concrete tasks (10 minutes)
