Health and Human Services Building at 29 Hazen Drive in Concord
In July, after more than two years of fighting, USA Springs was granted a groundwater withdrawal permit from the state. Both Barrington and Nottingham have appealed the permit in New Hampshire Supreme Court. The permit allows USA Springs to extract more than 300,000 gallons of water per day with the condition that they clean up a contaminated piece of land on their property. The public hearings will be held Dec. 28 at 7 p.m. in the auditorium of the Health and Human Services Building located at 29 Hazen Drive in Concord.
