DFNH ads blast Sen. Prescott for pig mailer

Democracy for New Hampshire has responded to despicable mail pieces from District 23 state Senator Russell Prescott's campaign with our first-ever newspaper ads. The full-page ads, which ran Friday in the Exeter News-Letter and Hampton Union, denounce Prescott's use of an image of rooting pigs to demean his opponent, DFNH Dozeneer Maggie Hassan, and call on voters to defeat dishonesty by defeating Prescott.

The ads were funded entirely with restricted contributions to DFNH from supporters of Maggie Hassan, who collected over $2,800 in pledges in just a few days. Their success speaks volumes about the power of the grassroots to make a positive difference in New Hampshire politics.

State Sen. Russell Prescott wants you to think that Maggie's a pig

Whole Hog!
(Actual Prescott campaign material)

So he lies about her record

Defeating Prescott is not a partisan issue — it’s about making a positive change on the Seacoast

It’s about defeating dishonesty

It’s about electing someone with honor and integrity

It’s about returning the voice of the people to state government

It’s about returning our values to state government

It’s about your concerns, not the greed of Prescott’s corporate sponsors

It’s about repealing Prescott’s health insurance and property tax hikes

It’s about honesty and integrity — two values that Prescott sorely lacks

Say no to dishonesty — say no to Prescott
