McIntyre Ski Area in Manchester
The Union Leader reports that GW Bush is scheduled to appear at a late afternoon event at the McIntyre Ski Area in Manchester Friday.
ACT NH (Manchester) will protest President Bush’s visit to the state Friday by telling the public about the real cost of the war in Iraq. Taxpayers in New Hampshire will pay $680.4 million dollars for the cost of the war in Iraq; money that could pay for the healthcare of 247,230 children, 56 new elementary schools, or 34,094 port container inspectors for the state. Activists and volunteers will be meeting off of Bridge Street at the baseball diamond of Derryfield Park at 12:00pm. Come spend your lunch break protesting Bush’s visit on Friday and consider volunteering for ACT on Saturday for ACT's Youth Election Action Day. Contact ACT by calling 603-622-9000 for more information.

I will assume someone in charge of this site will be making sure these and other Pro-Kerry posts will be kept in check since this is the response I was provided:

DFNH is a New Hampshire state political action committee. We concentrate on state and local offices and issues. By law we can't get involved in the presidential campaign.

I will be monitoring to ensure this point is followed and reporting when I see clear violations in favor of one particular Presidential candidate.

Events and other postings are free of charge...

...to all registered DFNH members. Ourglass, we do not moderate the site for balanced representation of any candidate. You and other DFNH registered members are free to post events for your candidates as well.
