The NHIOP continues its participation in this year-long series of lecture/discussions on the outlook for emerging democracies in different regions of the world. This event will focus on democracy in Latin America and features Christine Kearney, associate professor, Saint Anselm College and Mary Fran T. Malone, assistant professor, University of New Hampshire at Durham.
