Friends of Patrick Arnold Launches New DFA Website

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

MANCHESTER – The Friends of Patrick Arnold PAC has launched a campaign website at Democracy for America’s DFA-Link.

Patrick Arnold, a resident of Manchester’s Ward 12, is running for State Representative to represent citizens of Manchester’s west side (Hillsborough Co., Dist. 17) in the State Legislature.

A second-year law student at Franklin Pierce Law Center in Concord, Patrick will focus his campaign on the themes of fiscal responsibility, constitutional principles, protection of New Hampshire’s environment, and protection of civil liberties.

Patrick is a staunch believer that real change occurs at the grassroots level. “My goal in this campaign,” he says, “is to shake as many hands as possible, speak to as many voters as possible, and listen to as many community concerns as possible.” Offering to be a new voice for the west side of Manchester, Patrick hopes to increase interest and participation in the political process, particularly among young voters.

Patrick serves as Executive Director of the Campaign for Ratepayers Rights, a statewide consumer advocacy group concerned with energy issues. He also serves as Secretary of the Board for the New Hampshire Sons of the American Revolution, a nonprofit organization that promotes public service and the teaching of American history.

Patrick earned his B.A. in History from the Univ. of Maryland Baltimore County and is a member of the J.D. Class of 2009 at Franklin Pierce Law Center.
