Veteran's Day - NashuaSun, 11/11/2007 - 10:00am Library Hill - corner of Main, Concord, Broad Streets In commemoration of Veteran's Day, NashuaPeace.org which advocates a speedy end to the war in Iraq, will read aloud the names of those U.S. soldiers who have died in the Iraq war since May of this year. Over 3000 names were read by group members and volunteers in May on Memorial Day 2007. Reading begins at 10 a.m. on Library Hill, downtown Nashua (corner of Concord, Main and Broad Streets) on Sunday, Veteran's Day, November 11th. Anyone who would like to participate is welcome. The group invites citizens who want to see the killing end to contact Senator Sununu, pointing out that if a few Republican senators start working for an end to the war, we might see a rational plan to bring it to a conclusion.
