Talk about the future of Odiorne State ParkThu, 10/11/2007 - 6:30pm Rye Junior High School Dear Neighbors: Last fall, much concern was raised concerning the future of Odiorne State Park. Please plan to attend an open informational session at the Rye Junior High School at 6:30pm on Thursday the 11th of October. Councilor Bev Hollingworth, Senator Martha Fuller Clark, Representative Susan Kepner and Commissioner George Bald, Parks Director Allison McLean, will attend. Otto Grote and I will be facilitating the meeting which will address: 1. The present status of Odiorne State Park and plans for the future by the Parks Department 2. The Seacoast Science Center 3. Questions and comments by town boards and residents The session should give us a chance to discuss the future of the park and the relation between the town of Rye and the park. Please let your neighbors know about the meeting. We look forward to seeing you there.
