THE VOTERS! Much as candidates and their pundits and pollsters would like to think otherwise, elections are about the voters selecting representatives whom they judge as most likely to do what they want. The best the voters can expect is that their's is an informed choice and that their ballots will be fairly tallied to accurately reflect that.
