New Jersey emails Congress in opposition to the Holt Bill
I write in regard to the consideration of Holt's HR 811 by the Election Legislative Staff of the House Admin Committee.
My analysis is Holt's bill is fundamentally flawed and does not adequately address the threat posed by corruptible machine voting systems. As you know, many citizens and analysts share my opinion. I'm now informed that all the faxes, phone calls and emails addressed to the committee are not part of the record. This is not acceptable. I ask you to please make certain that all such submissions be made part of the record, available both to committee members, staff and citizens. Thank you for your consideration and prompt attention in this urgent matter. Sincerely, xxxxxxxxxx Wayne NJ By ntobi at 03/30/2007 - 16:42 | Fair elections | Federal Election Legislation | Fiscal responsibility | Holt Bill | login or register to post comments
