Roger Goun is a software engineer with an interest in applying technology to grassroots politics. He has worked on compound document architecture at Digital Equipment Corp., distributed systems research for the JavaSoft division of Sun Microsystems, Internet email in Lotus Notes/Domino, and marketing systems for large retailers at a small startup. As an itinerant geek and zone captain for Howard Dean's presidential campaign, he built and ran the nhfordean.com Web site.
In 2006 Roger founded
ListenUp: NH, a service that creates free Web-based videos of down-ballot political candidates. Roger is a co-founder of DFNH. He serves as Technology Director and as a member of the Board of Directors.
