Women Making a Difference, an area women's group, have announced their third series of just released independent films on various timely topics. Films followed by discussions, will be presented for the next five Sundays at 4:30pm from October 22 through November 19 at the Wilton Town Hall Theater. All films and discussions are free and open to the public. Donations will be accepted to help defray costs.

The "Confronting the Issues" series will begin Sunday, October 22 at 4:30pm at the Wilton Theater with Robert Greenwald's, "Iraq for Sale: The War Profiteers". As corporations go to war, the film shows what happens to everyday Americans who have been changed forever as a result of corporate greed in the reconstruction of Iraq. It uncovers the connections between private security companies making a killing in Iraq and the decision makers who allow them to do so.
