Children coming to the fair will learn about a variety of renewable energy sources, as they complete games and activities to win prizes. Energy and the environment will come alive for children as they participate in hands-on crafts and demonstrations of renewable energy products like a solar oven and backpack.

The organizers of the Fair are proud to present a free performance by the Earthman Lanny Smith, sponsored by www.Earthman.TV and The South Florida Climate Change Coalition. Award winning songwriter and environmental performing artist Lanny Smith is better know as the "Earthman" to millions of South Florida children and adults. The organization he founded, The Earthman Project (www.Earthman.TV) uses the power of music, the arts, and interactive web design to inspire people to make a difference in protecting the environment. Earthman will be joined by local musicians Steve & Friends and Mike Nutter who will provide entertainment all afternoon. Be sure not to miss puppeteer Teresa Moler with an energy puppet show for both kids and adults!

The Energy Fair is organized by Representative Suzanne Harvey, Angela Vincent and Cassie Nutter-Upham and sponsored by the Nashua Green Team and Public Service of New Hampshire. It will be held on August 12th from 12pm to 3pm at the band shell at Greeley Park. Be sure to bring your whole family for a fun and educational day at the fair!
