Join Ben & Jerry’s co-founder, Ben Cohen, at The Pearl in Portsmouth. Ben will mingle, chat and sign autographs. We'll scoop Ben & Jerry's ice cream and give you the scoop on what PrioritiesNH is doing to educate citizens about America's budget priorities.
