Bill McCann has been instrumental in bringing water resource use to the fore of public consciousness. He serves as a member of the Board of Directors for Save Our Groundwater and Chair of SOG's Legislative and Governmental Issues Committee. He is a former six term State Legislator and a retired SEIU Field Representative Organizer.
