THE DEMOCRATIC FAMILY PICNIC
1 TO 4 P.M. at the home of Ken and Salme Perry in Rollinsford,
corner of Rollins and Clements rds. (380 Rollins rd.).

We’ll be marking the day by honoring Strafford County’s first responders - the fire fighters, EMTs and police officers of our communities. And we'll have lots of information available about the many ways you can help the survivors of Hurricane Katrina.
Tickets to cover costs are $10 for adults, $3 for children, $25 for families of 4 or more. Call Salme Perry at 742-2043 to say you’re coming.
Members of all county police and fire departments have been invited to be our guests at the event, and if you’re a first responder, call Mayme Trumble at 750-4111 to reserve your free tickets. Among the speakers will be

State Senator Iris Estabrook, Bill Shaheen, and Dave MacLean.

Our state representatives and other elected officials will be there to greet you, as well as our county's Democratic town chairs and friends from near and far.

The swimming pool will be open.

Music will be provided by the Great Bay Company.


Please come on Sunday to meet your fellow Democrats, acknowledge our first responders, and help make this event another success for Strafford County Democrats. DRIVING DIRECTIONS:

From downtown Dover, turn right on Broadway, drive past Red's Shoe Barn and past Wentworth Greenhouses, drive another half a mile, and turn right onto Rollins Rd., drive up a small hill, take first left (Clement Rd.) – it’s the first driveway on right. The house is on the corner of Rollins and Clement.

From the Spaulding Turnpike, take exit 9E. Travel toward Somersworth, through 5 sets of lights. At the 6th light turn right onto Stackpole Road, go to the end, turn right on Green St. Take your first left, Clement Road, go to end. House is on the right at the corner of Rollins Rd. and Clement Rd.
