Democratic Picnic --Rye and the HamptonsSun, 09/04/2005 - 1:00pm 195 Exeter Rd, Hampton Falls You can still attend the Rye, North Hampton,Hampton, and Hampton Falls Democratic picnic by paying at the door. The picnic is scheduled from 1 to 4 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 4, at 195 Exeter Rd., the home of David and Elaine Ahearn in Hampton Falls. Tickets at the door cost $15.00 each for adults; $5.00 for children under 12. Our speakers include Tom Vilsack, who is the governor of Iowa and a potential Democratic presidential candidate, and New Hampshire governor John Lynch. Three candidates (Gary Dodds, Peter Duffy, and Peter Sullivan) who are seeking the Democratic nomination in the 1st Congressional District will also address guests, as will two Rockingham County candidates (David Ahearn and Ralph Woekel). Direction: From Portsmouth, Hampton and North Hampton, drive south on Route 1 to the traffic light at Hampton Falls. Turn right on Route 88 (Exeter Road) and travel 2.6 miles. Pitlochry Farm (195 Exeter Road) will be on your right. |
