HOUSE BILL 365, relative to recount fees. Vote on House Floor. Note that the Election Law Committee is recommending this to pass. DFNH Fair Elections Committee strongly opposes passage of this bill.

HB365 passed in the House on a voice vote

so we'll never know who voted yea or nay. we'll have to stop this in the senate.
